Maya’s Mission – 13 of Anything
Please join us from wherever you are on Tuesday, February 13th to help us to remember Maya and the wonderful person she was. If you do not #CrossFit, do not worry! Go for a walk, run, hike, row, anything. The point is to just move your body in her honor and remembrance and do 13 of whatever “moves you.”
Please share your workouts and remembrances with us on that day, as we would like to do a round-up of all of the love you all share with her on this day. Be sure to tag us and use our hashtag - #DoGoodBeGood
